We have pushed a new update to MightyEditor. Beside minor bugfixes the most important feature is keyframes based animation editor. From now on you can switch from spritesheet animations and create much more smoother tween animations. Reduce file size and add more skins to character. Add animated user interface.
Game development has seen tremendous advances in supply and demand for the past three years. With new technologies emerging, especially those on the Unity Platform, gamers are trying their hand at making their own games. However, the production of such games is more than just having a great idea. The pipeline can get quite extensive.
We have added 26 new tutorials to the website. Two of them covers how to develop a game from A to Z. Rest of tutorials are very small and each describes one basic thing working with editor. These mini-tutorials are separated in to sections: basics, display, physics, misc, games.
We are working on flash like animation editor. Here you have a small video teaser about how it will look like. Note that development is in progress. Basic features like timeline, keyframes and interpolation is ready, but editor is missing copying and dragging keyframes, exporting movie and fixing some bugs.
